can't find the paint bucket tool in illustrator

I've used Illustrator since CS3 and never had this issue before. See attached screenshot. However, keep in mind this will be an abstract piece so it will not look exactly like a person. I see the Live Paint Bucket in palette with Shape Builder tool. Needing to do an internet search for the simple paint bucket tool in something like Illustrator is absolutely ridiculous!
