airx allergy filter review

I ordered a package of these filters last year, and they worked very well. The filter traps smog, bacteria, dust, debris, mold, viruses, and various other respiratory irritants. Reviewed in the United States on January 18, 2019. My compressor fan motor was working so hard to draw air thru the dense, pleated filter that it overheated and tripped the circuit breaker. They even have a thing on the side to write down when you changed the filter. Given these filters have a higher than 'normal' MERV rating, they will trap more particles, which inevitably means they'll need to be replaced more often than the lower MERV rated filters. All of these filters have the same merv level. $75.12. Many furnace filter manufacturers now use the expression "electrostatic" in their product descriptions.
